職人傳承 百年虔誠

西元1866年(同治5年),創始者林旺生以製麵為主,開啟麵粉與美食的機緣。第二代林阿塗(1912年)製作麵龜及各類糕餅,因用料實在且品質優良,成為節慶禮俗與日常食用的首選,得南屯街坊以「麵龜阿塗」稱之。歷時百年洗鍊,承續傳統手工製法,肩負地方文化與美味傳承使命,為邁入第五代的百年老店。狀元糕源於喜事訂婚糕點,也為糕餅文化由來之一。糯米粉須以手工攪拌與各食材揉合才不會結團是糕仔好吃的秘訣,綿細紮實能入口即化,甜度適宜帶來樸實高雅的滋味。狀元糕承載喜餅禮俗、祈福祭祀等許多節日祝福象徵,更是林金生香百年最重要的傳承。

In 1866, the founder “Lin Wang Sheng” made a living by making noodles. His son, the 2nd generation, Lin A Tu made turtle-shaped flour cake and other types of confectionary. The high standard ingredients and the excellent quality, the shop in the streets of Nantun called “Mian Gui A Tu”. Inheriting the traditional hand-made method, shouldering the mission of local culture and delicious heritage, we will enter the fifth generation. SCHOLAR CAKE derive from the cakes using in engagement, and it is one of the origins of the pastry culture. The tip of what makes the cake tasty is to blend the glutinous rice flour with other ingredients by hand so that not to form a cake. It is smooth and melts in your mouth with suitable sweetness, to bring simple and elegant taste. SCHOLAR CAKE carries many symbol of blessing from festival like wedding and sacrifice, also the most important inheritance of “Lin Jin Sheng Xiang” for centuries.
